Team roles & permissions

A new Staff role joins the existing Admin role. Designed to support the day-to-day running of sessions, they can

  • Check in customers

  • View, create, and move bookings

  • Cancel individual sessions, including ones with bookings (customers are refunded and notified automatically)

Staff cannot access sessions, reports, or settings β€” so there's no risk of someone accidentally changing your pricing or deleting a template.
